Camp Ponemah is held at our award winning 115,000 square foot sports and fitness club. With help from our certified instructors, your child can take swimming lessons, learn to play tennis with a pro, try aerobics, wall climbing, soccer, volleyball, and basketball. Plus weekly field trips give campers the opportunity to swim, kayak, hike, and explore state and local lakes and parks.
We believe that physical
activity is essential to a child's health and well being. The Hampshire
Hills campus covers over 105 beautiful acres of forest trails and
sporting fields. Indoors there is over 110,000 square feet with a
gymnasium, climbing wall, tennis, and racquetball courts. The campers
enjoy newly built cabins and three jungle gyms tucked back in our woods.
With one outdoor and two indoor pools, eleven indoor and outdoor tennis
courts, and playing fields, our campers get to participate in sports
and fitness activities each and every day, rain or shine!

9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Tuesday and Thursday for three-to five-year-olds Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., for five- to twelve-year-olds.
