Forever Fit Wally ball
All members aged 50+ are invited to join in the fun! Wally ball is played like volleyball, but in a racquetball court. A soft rubber ball is used. Rules will be reviewed for new participants. Meet in the gym for great exercise and fun!. Group meets, Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:30 -12:00 noon.
Forever Fit Group Exercise
A fun group format that includes low impact aerobics, group strength training, Pilates, stability ball, step aerobics, pool aerobics and training in the Fitness Center. Meets Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 12noon-1:00PM.
Forever Fit Dome Walk
Fitness walking at the spacious Hampshire Dome on the state of the art track no matter what the weather may be! Seasonal.
Strength for Seniors
Learn the key components of safe & effective strength training. Participants will train with our certified trainers in a personalized program. Registration and Pre-Screen required. Member and Non-Member fees apply. Program meets twice per week, Monday through Friday.
Forever Fit Yoga-Chair
Designed specifically for the beginner older adult, you’ll learn the basics to help you understand the connection and healthy functioning of body and mind. Chairs will be used to allow participants to safely explore various yoga postures. Class meets on Thursdays from 12noon-1PM.
Forever Fit-Yoga Mat
This modified mat class is designed for those who have had success in the Yoga Chair class & are ready to advance to the next level of challenge. Class meets on Tuesdays from 11AM-12Noon.
Forever Fit Strength & Balance
Building and maintaining strength and challenging your ability to balance are key components for a better quality of life .Workouts are scheduled twice per week to meet the minimum guideline for strength training. Chairs and props are used. Class meets on Tuesdays and Fridays from 12noon-1PM.
Putting Green
Our putting green is available for you to practice from June to September, weather permitting. It is located in the backyard adjacent to the croquet course.
